Math Project

Grades 1 – 5

 

Starting with just one circle, you can make all sorts of patterns. This project explores the relationship between circles and the number 6.

This project involves folding 3D objects in two ways: creating the 2D, unfolded shapes in SketchUp and folding them by hand, then creating and unfolding 3D shapes, all in SketchUp.

In this project, you’ll find a volcano in Google Earth, and use SketchUp to create a building on it, complete with a scientific testing lab.

In this project, you’ll find some famous paintings online, create frames for them, and place the paintings on the wall of an art museum.
